Solution:
- Open the IIS application and navigate to Server Name > Sites > Exchange Back End.
- Click on Exchange Back End then click on Bindings on the right actions pane.
- Select https type with port 444, Click Edit
- There is no certificate, Select certificate and click Ok
- Go back to the system logs and you will see no more errors for this even id 15021.
