I started my career in IT support and quickly got pulled into the world of Microsoft server environments. What began as setting up user accounts in Active Directory turned into managing multi-site Exchange deployments, designing Group Policy structures, and eventually leading cloud migrations to Azure and Microsoft 365.

Over the years, I've worked across a range of industries — helping organizations of all sizes modernize their infrastructure, secure their endpoints with Intune, and make the jump from on-premises to the cloud. I've seen firsthand how confusing enterprise IT documentation can be, which is exactly why I started this blog.
